Water Project - Churo, Kenya

The first step toward building a health center in Churo, Kenya was to provide a source of clean water.

Completed June 2025, MHHF installed a new water supply and storage system at the Churo site. It includes a new wellhead, two new storage tanks (with a combined capacity of 6,000 gallons), and a new pumping system powered by solar panels and capable of replenishing the tanks daily. It also will include a distribution kiosk where members of the community can come for clean water to use in their own homes, churches, and schools.
